Design – the hardened steel drill point enables the screw to drill carbon steel sections and having the lead threads formed on this hardened point allows for correct tapping at high drilling speed.

Assembly – where specified EJOT Super-SAPHIR fasteners are assembled with a stainless steel/EPDM vulcanised sealing washer ensuring a safe seal every time.

Finish – these fasteners are zinc coated to ensure a high quality aesthetic and waxed to lubricate the surface during installation.

Colour Matching – for colour matching our fasteners are available powder coated or provided with a Colorfast integral nylon head. 

 

Austenitic stainless steel fasteners with a carbon steel drill point for standing seam applications. Assembled with stainless steel / EPDM vulcanised sealing washers.

Standing seam halter brackets or helping hand brackets to steel sections from 1.2 to 3.0 mm in thickness
